Upper Franconia takes action – in-house exhibitions in Upper Franconia have a positive outcome despite the crisis

The in-house trade fairs in Upper Franconia again attracted numerous visitors from September 26th to 29th. In particular, representatives of the large purchasing associations but also individual visitors from the region were impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the Upper Franconian upholstered furniture manufacturers in the manufacturers' showrooms. The latest living trends were on display, which were presented to retail partners paired with convincing sales concepts.

“The in-house exhibitions have shown that the Upper Franconians can hold their own in the current difficult market environment,” says Christian Dahm, managing director of the Association of the Wood Industry and Plastics Processing Bavaria / Thuringia e.V., summarizing the results of the autumn trade fair. “Despite the tense economic situation in the entire furniture industry, the mood at the in-house exhibitions in Upper Franconia was characterized by confidence. Our manufacturers have not buried their heads in the sand in the past few months, but have once again demonstrated their innovative strength and delivered a series of new models with matching marketing concepts. The Upper Franconians are convinced that, especially in the current situation, it is important to impress with creativity and modern, contemporary design and, in particular, to stick to quality standards. In the long term, this will benefit both manufacturers and retailers.”
